The entire Done-IT team was extremely easy to work with! Communication was a breeze and the entire team was knowledgeable, creative, responsive and worked incredibly quickly. It was our first APP we built so our knowledge on the subject matter was lacking. The Done-IT team was understanding of this and provided tutorials on everything we needed to know how to do. Overall, the teams’ communication with our organization was stellar. We had multiple channels of communication and even a dedicated project manager that kept us in the loop with all development and updates. The team is online during most US working hours, a huge benefit, and if they weren’t they responded within 12 hours. Pricing for the work was fair for the quality given.
